The Environmental Policy

As a major producer of lubricants and industrial fluids, Fuchs Lubricants (UK) plc (FUCHS) is fully committed to producing high quality products for our customers whilst striving to reduce our environmental impact in purchasing, manufacturing, distribution, waste generation and disposal. This commitment is in harmony with the company’s health and safety policy and quality policy.

Fuchs recognises its role in the protection of the environment and under this policy seeks to:

Comply with all current and relevant legislation and with industry best practice.

Provide suitable and sufficient training and information to company employees and contractors to ensure implementation of this policy throughout the company.

Continually monitor and improve all our activities and products, and by setting appropriate targets and objectives reduce pollution to a practicable minimum.

Reduce our impact on the environment by designing all processes and products in such a way that environmental impacts are minimised.

Fuchs is committed to continually improving its environmental awareness in the supply of lubricants and industrial fluids, by informing and training our workforce and our customers in the correct use, storage, and ultimate disposal of our products.
